To
effectively deliver any construction project it is essential
that a full design brief is agreed which incorporates all
the client's needs and aspirations. If the design, or worse
still construction, were to commence with an inadequate
assessment of the client's needs it is likely that much
abortive time and expense would be incurred as the shortcomings
of the solution were realised. There is also no guarantee
that through life "cost of ownership" would be
optimised and effective use of physical resources assured.
