Cambridge
Projects operates a Quality Management System to ensure that each
project is administered in a way that enables the intentions and
direction with regard to quality to be formally expressed and the
results monitored in a structured way.

The
Quality System includes:
- The
preparation of a Project Quality Plan which is updated
throughout each project;
- Control
of all written and verbal correspondence;
- Checking
procedures for all design work;
- Design
Reviews at appropriate stages of the design process;
- Project
Reviews at appropriate stages of the design and implementation
on site.

Client
representation is welcomed at any of the formal Reviews, but in
any event copies of the minutes of such meetings, together with
other Quality Assurance documentation, would be issued to the client.
